At Söner Watches, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your timepiece. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your official return authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided return shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our watchmakers will inspect the piece for quality assurance, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
